% 12.01.2017 The learned counsel for the Decree Holder states that the Judgment Debtor does not possess any movable or immovable property within the jurisdiction of this Court and prays that the Decree dated 06.04.2015 be transferred to the District & Sessions Judge, Nasik Courts, Maharashtra, where the assets of the Judgment Debtor are situated. In view of this, let the matter be transferred to the Court of the Learned District & Sessions Judge, Nasik Courts, Maharashtra. A certificate of transfer of the decree along with a certificate of nonsatisfaction of the decree, along with ancillary documents, be issued to the Decree Holder within 4 weeks from today.
