% 29.10.2018 Settlement agreement dated 10th October, 2018 executed by the parties in the presence of Mediator appointed by Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre has been placed on record. Learned counsel for the parties accept and admit that the settlement agreement has been duly executed and the parties would be bound by the same. Recording the aforesaid, the present appeal is disposed of with the observations that the parties would be bound by the said settlement. Parties would also be at liberty to file the said settlement agreement in the pending proceedings before the learned Single Judge for disposal of the said proceedings.
