After making certain submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to make necessary representations to the respondents specifying the places where the pictures of Hindu God and Goddesses are being disrespectfully displayed with an intention to prevent persons from throwing waste material or misutilising the space for doing needful by them.
