% 21.04.2016 CO. APPL. NO. 1420/2016 This application has been moved by the transferor company, Satyam Cineplexes Ltd. seeking modification of the scheme of amalgamation that had been allowed by this Court on 10.02.2016. It is pointed out that in the said order passed by this Court sanctioning the scheme a typographical error has crept in paragraphs 8.2(a) and 8.2(b) of the scheme. Counsel submits that in paragraph 8.2(a) has originally proposed the authorised share capital of Inox Leisure Limited as Rs.146,05,00,000/- whereas in fact the figure should be Rs. 146,06,00,000/- instead. The same mistake is stated to have occurred in paragraph 8.2(b) also. Issue notice.

The representative of the Regional Director states that he has no objection to the same.

Under the circumstances, and as prayed, the amount of Rs.146,05,00,000/- now stands modified in paragraph 8.2(a) and 8.2(b) of the scheme to read as Rs. 146,06,00,000/- instead. The amended scheme, incorporating these corrections, annexed to this application is taken on record and the same shall be the relevant scheme that has been duly approved by this Court in terms of the orders passed by this Court on 10.02.2016.

The application stands disposed off.
