O R D E R

% 03.08.2018 We are in agreement with the learned Single Judge that the appellant, who is a practicing advocate, cannot file a writ petition seeking mandamus from the Court for direction to decide another writ petition and miscellaneous applications filed therein. The appropriate remedy for the appellant is to file applications in the writ petitions which are pending for early disposal. Further, in case the appellant has any grievance that the writ petitions and the applications are not being disposed of, she would have to take recourse to appropriate remedy as per law, but not by way of a writ petition. No independent and separate writ petition seeking mandamus would be maintainable. The appeal has no merit and is accordingly dismissed. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
