% 19.05.2016 It is stated by counsel for the Union of India that the review application filed by the pensioners has been partially allowed and therefore they would have to file a fresh writ petition challenging the

order dated 20.11.2014 passed in OA No.937/2010 and order dated 24.09.2015 passed in review application No.10/2015 in OA No.937/2010.

In view the statement made, the present writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. In case, the petitioner files a fresh writ petition, files of the present writ petitions will be tagged with the said petitions. SANJIV KHANNA, J NAJMI WAZIRI, J MAY 19, 2016/ak
