% 19.05.2016 It is stated by counsel for the Union of India that the review application filed by the pensioners has been partially allowed and therefore they would have to file a fresh writ petition challenging the
order dated 20.11.2014 passed in OA No.937/2010 and order dated 24.09.2015 passed in review application No.10/2015 in OA No.937/2010.
