% 18.04.2017 The case received from the Court of the Learned District & Sessions Judge (South-West District) Dwarka Courts vide order dated 15.03.2017 with the observations that territorial jurisdiction of this case does not fall within the jurisdiction of South-West District. From the perusal of the plaint, it revealed that the addresses of judgement Debtor are situated at Shahbad Mohammad Pur, Delhi under Delhi Cantt area which falls within the jurisdiction of New Delhi District.

Learned counsel for the decree holder has no objection to this effect.

In view of the submission, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Court.

Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Court on 19.05.2017.
