% 07.01.2016 After some arguments, Mr.Sanjay Jain, learned Additional Solicitor General tenders unconditional apology on behalf of the respondents in not communicating the decision of the Board to the petitioner within a period of one week.

On a perusal of the record, this Court is of the view that the delay in communicating the decision of the Board was not wilful. Consequently, the apology tendered is accepted by this Court.

Accordingly, the petition and the application are disposed of and the notices issued are discharged.
