% 04.09.2017 This Court is of the opinion that the dispute sought to be urged should not be subject matter of writ proceedings.

Learned counsel submitted that in the circumstances, liberty be reserved to approach the appropriate forum, such as, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum but without further observations with respect to the possible delay.

In view of the fact that W.P.(C) No.594/2011 is pending for some time, the appellant is entitled to claim the benefit of Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 before the concerned forum. If such an LPA No.618/2016

application is made, the same would be decided obviously in accordance with law.
