The present applications have been filed on behalf of the appellant/applicant, for restoration of the present appeals to their original number.

There is a further prayer for condonation of delay of 136 days in filing the present applications.

Considering the submissions made in the present applications, the delay, in filing the applications, is condoned. 4.

Further, considering the submissions made before this Court, the appeals are restored to their original numbers. 5.

With the aforesaid directions, the present applications are disposed of. CM APPL. 10470/2025& CM APPL. 10471/2025 6.

The present applications have been filed on behalf of the respondent for release of the FDR along with accrued interest, on account of the fact that the present appeals were dismissed in default. 7.

Accordingly, since, the present appeals have now been restored by today's order, the present applications are disposed of, considering the fact that the appeals are now being put for final hearing. RFA 126/2009 & RFA 127/2009 8.

The present appeals have been restored to their original number. 9.

This Court notes that the Trial Court Record is yet to be received. 10.

It is to be noted that the present appeals have been filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 12th September, 2008, passed by the Court of Additional District Judge, Delhi in Suit No. 300/06/98, titled as Rajesh Bedi The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Versus Canara Bank and in Suit No. 301/06/98, titled as Naresh Bedi Versus Canara Bank.

Accordingly, Trial Court Record in electronic form, in both the suits, is directed to be requisitioned, and attached with the file of the present cases. 12.

Both the parties are directed to file their written submissions along with the judgments that they wish to rely upon, before the next date of hearing.

In the written submissions, the parties shall also refer to the evidence along with PDF page numbers from the Trial Court Record, on which they wish to rely upon.
