O R D E R

% 02.11.2016 On the complaint of respondent nos.2 & 3, present FIR No.115/2014 under Sections 120B/420 IPC was registered at EOW against the petitioners. Disputes revolve around the property bearing no.A-1/292, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. In fact, disputes arose between the parties in respect of collaboration agreement entered into between respondent nos.2 & 3 and the petitioners.

Petitioners and respondent nos.2 & 3 have now settled their disputes vide settlement deed dated 18th July, 2016. Respondent nos.2 & 3 are present in Court and submit that they have settled the matter with the

petitioners of their own free will without any undue force, coercion and pressure. They further submit that the entire settled amount has been received by them and they are not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in mind the fact that the parties have settled their disputes amicably, inasmuch as, the entire settled amount has been received and the respondent nos.2 & 3 do not wish to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.115/2014 under Sections 120B/420 IPC registered at EOW is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
