In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North-East), Karkardooma, Delhi. Plaintiff is directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North-East), Karkardooma, Delhi on 07.04.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
