% 09.08.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 01st March, 2016 passed by respondent No.2 whereby petitioner's application for revival of Motor Driving Training School License was rejected on the ground that on physical inspection, the petitioner's vehicles were found to be under repair and petitioner was unable to produce any commercial vehicle as well as record of Form No.5.

Since the petitioner has admittedly filed an appeal against the impugned order, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of eight weeks in accordance with law by way of a reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
