% 23.02.2016 There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. I notice that on 14.12.2015, this Court recorded that petitioner No.1, 3 and 4 had settled their disputes with respondent No.1 school; and the disputes only survived with respect to petitioner No.2. In that context, a number of opportunities granted to the petitioner No.2 ever since 21.04.2015 to file an additional affidavit evidencing the qualification he possesses for the post of TGT (Maths), were also enumerated, and in the interest of justice, last opportunity was granted to him to produce the relevant original certificates before the concerned Deputy Director of Education within two weeks, and to file photocopy of the same in this Court within two days thereafter. It was further directed that, "if the same are not produced and filed within the time stipulated, the writ petition shall stand dismissed for non prosecution".

Photocopies of the relevant original certificates have not been filed by petitioner No.2.
