% 08.11.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner informed us that although they have been able to effect service on respondent no.7 for this hearing, but they are not inclined to appear before this court. It, therefore, transpires that the petitioner which was in a joint venture with respondent no.7 was jointly the bidder in the present tender. Since the respondent no.7 is not willing to come forward, the petitioner cannot, on its own, maintain this petition. Consequently, the petition is disposed of.

Interim order stands vacated.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
