This is an application filed on behalf of the respondent no.3 seeking to correct the designation of the officer, Mr.Sabyasachi Sarkar, who was present on behalf of IDBI Bank at the hearing held on 02.08.2018. 2.

Paragraph 4 of the said order dated 02.08.2018 is, accordingly, rectified as under:

"4. Mr Sabyasachi Sarkar, Deputy General Manager, IDBI Bank is present and fairly states that insofar as providing the Transaction Audit Report is concerned, the relevant extracts of the same which are relied on by the IDBI Ltd would be provided to the petitioner on the condition that the same are not disclosed to any other person. In this regard, it is directed that the petitioner shall not disclose the extracts of the said document to any third person or use it in any manner

except to contest the proceedings initiated against the petitioner for declaring him as a wilful defaulter" 3.

The application is disposed of.
