% 14.01.2016 Ld. counsel for the parties submit that the suit value is less than rupees one crore and suit property is located at Lajpat Nagar which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District South-East, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 07.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.

Learned counsel for the defendant is directed to supply the copies of IA to the other side within two weeks.
