% 25.10.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant states that the latter would be satisfied if the appeal is disposed of with a clarification that the sole respondent would be entitled to terminal benefits strictly in accordance with the rules.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent does not oppose this prayer made on behalf of the appellant. In view of the foregoing, the appeal is disposed of with a clarification that the respondent shall be entitled to all terminal benefits only in accordance with the rules.

No other points are urged before this Court.
