% 29.09.2016 Learned counsel for respondents states that the petitioners have been regularised.

However, learned counsel for petitioners states that the pay scale of the petitioners has been reduced.

In the opinion of this Court, the said grievance cannot be adjudicated upon in the present contempt petition inasmuch as the mandate of the Division Bench has been complied with.

Consequently, the contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioners are given liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of all the parties left open.
