% 31.08.2016 Status report has been filed and perused. The fact that the petitioner's daughter Kajal, aged 14 years is undergoing treatment at Chawala Nursing Home, has been got verified.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's wife, i.e. the mother of the minor child, who was granted interim bail for a period of two weeks has since surrendered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is not delaying the hearing of the case before the Trial Court and he undertakes not to seek any adjournment.
Considering the family circumstances of the petitioner, the petitioner
is admitted to interim bail for a period of two weeks, subject to his furnishing personal bond with one local surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
