% 11.08.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the records have been received from the Quality Control of India (QCI) on 10.08.2016 post noon, which after scrutiny would be placed before the Sub Committee of National Council on Vocational Training (NCVT) dealing with affiliations. It is also contended that there is no meeting scheduled till 12.08.2016.

A copy of the letter dated 10.08.2016 has been produced. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondent, under instructions from Mr. M.C. Kardam, Joint Director of Training, DGT, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, submits that the schedule, as prescribed by the letter dated 17.05.2016, which specifies the last date of the meeting of the NCVT Sub Committee as 12.08.2016, will be appropriately modified. It is submitted that if the records of the petitioner are in order, the same would be considered for the academic WP(C) 6848/2016

session 2016-17.

In view of the said statement of the counsel for the respondent, no further orders are called for in the writ petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
