% 24.05.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the amendment in the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (the Act, for short), tenant has got a right to approach the DRT and file objections. He further submits that this remedy is available under Section 17(4)A of the Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach DRT for filing objections.
Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. However, in case any such objections are filed before the DRT within two weeks from today, the same shall be heard on the merits without going into the question of limitation. Status quo order passed by this Court shall also continue for two weeks from
