Lekha S v. A K Kalesh
$~8 * IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI + CRL.M.C. 1514/2015 & CRL.M.A. 13007/2015 LEKHA S.
..... Petitioner Through:
Mr. Rohit Nagpal, Advocate versus A K KALESH ..... Respondent Through:
Mr. Ranjay N & Mr. Gulvant Singh, Advocates.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA
O R D E R
% 12.10.2018 These proceedings arise out of a petition under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 instituted by the petitioner against the respondent husband. It appears, the respondent's counsel had earlier given an undertaking on his behalf that he would not leave India without prior permission of the Court. By subsequent order of first appellate court, the said condition has been vacated. The said order is challenged by the petition at hand.
To allay the apprehensions of the petitioner, the counsel for the respondent submitted, on instructions, that he would keep the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate informed and updated as to his contact address and telephone numbers including as and when there is a change. The counsel for the petitioner submits that with such undertaking having been recorded he does not press for any further directions. CRL.M.C. 1514/2015
The petition and the application filed therewith are disposed of accordingly.
