% 13.07.2018 The petition is seeking quashing of the proceedings arising out of FIR No.262/2016 under Sections 420/468/471/120B IPC of Police Station Amar Colony on the ground that no case is made out for such case to be registered, investigated into or proceeded with which submission is misconceived for the simple reason, it is conceded at the hearing that after the conclusion of the investigation, the police have filed report under Section 173 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 on which the competent court of magistrate has already taken cognizance and passed an order summoning the accused persons including the petitioner herein and by subsequent orders even charge has been made out putting the petitioner on trial, such order not having been challenged by any petition.
The petition is dismissed.
