O R D E R
% 12.05.2015 Petitioner is in incarceration for more than 15 years. He seeks parole on the ground of searching a suitable match for his daughter. Petitioner is otherwise entitled to parole to maintain social ties once a year. Address of the petitioner has been verified. State has verified the fact that petitioner has two daughters, namely, Meenu and Nisha Malik. Out of them, Ms. Meenu got married in the year 2005. Ms. Nisha Malik is aged about 25 years and is unmarried. A perusal of nominal roll shows that petitioner has been released on parole/furlough on number of occasions and has surrendered on completion of parole/furlough period.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall report to the Station House Officer, of the concerned Police Station once a week, i.e., on Mondays at 10:00 am. Petitioner is also directed not to leave the territorial bounds of Delhi. On completion of parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for serving it upon the petitioner and for compliance. Dasti.
