% 22.04.2016 Mr. Chacko, learned counsel for the respondent-College states that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has already passed out from the College. He also fairly states that the suspension order dated 15th April, 2015 as well as the enquiry report dated 10th April, 2015 shall be withdrawn.

The statement made by Mr. Chacko is accepted and the respondent-College is held bound by the same. In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the present writ petition any further. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied.
