Petitioner impugns order dated 22.05.2018, whereby, the leave to defend filed by the petitioner was dismissed and a decree of eviction was passed under Section 14(1)(e) of Delhi Rent Control Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has handed over the peaceful vacant possession of the said property to the respondent landlord.

Respondent Mr. Joginder Singh is present in Court in person. He submits that he has received the peaceful vacant possession of the said property and no further claims are left against the petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
