% 19.07.2016 It is submitted that petitioner and complainant have settled their disputes amicably on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 15th July, 2016. Photocopy of the settlement agreement has been produced in Court. Counsel for the complainant admits that matter has been settled between the complainant and petitioner. Accordingly, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.
