CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

O R D E R

% 16.08.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 03rd February, 2016 passed in LPA No.31/2016 wherein it was ordered that petitioner shall get herself examined by Neurologists who shall issue a certificate of fitness stating whether the petitioner can be allowed to resume her duties as a teacher.

Though as per paper book there was some ambiguity as to whether the petitioner was found fit to resume her duties as a teacher, yet today learned counsel for respondent no.3/hospital has handed over a letter dated 9/10th August, 2016 written to respondent no.2/Principal wherein it has been stated in unequivocal terms that the petitioner is fit to resume her duties. A copy of the letter dated 9/10th August, 2016 is taken on record.

In view of the said letter, present contempt petition and the application are disposed of with a direction to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to take a decision in accordance with the directions given by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.31/2016 within a period of two weeks.

Order dasti.
