% 28.03.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent has informed that his client has appointed Mr.T.K.Sanyal, Legal Office (Revenue), NDMC, Palika Kendra, New Delhi, as substitute Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that copy of the said letter has not been received. Let the same be supplied to him during the course of the day.

As far as the present petition is concerned, in view of the above, nothing more survives in the same. The petition is accordingly disposed of. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
