% 02.09.2016 By this petition filed under Section 397 read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 08.01.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Saket, New Delhi, whereby the part of the interim order dated 16.08.2014 in complaint No.1550/3/2013, with regard to grant of maintenance and right to residence was upheld. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the present revision petition would be served if the trial court is directed to decide the main petition within time bound period. It is informed that the matter before the concerned court is at evidence stage.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with directions to the Trial Court to decide the main petition filed by the petitioner as soon as possible.
