Present petition has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 243/2015 under Sections 323/452/34 IPC registered at PS Jaffarpur Kalan. It is stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

Respondent No. 2 is present before the Court with his counsel. The IO has identified him. I have enquired from the complainant whether the matter has been settled with the petitioners without fear and pressure. He has stated that the matter has been settled without any fear or pressure and he has no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question.

I am satisfied that the matter has been settled among the parties without fear and pressure.

The petition is supported by the affidavits of the parties. Memorandum of Understanding dated 25.07.2016 bearing signatures of the parties is on record.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties amicably, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings under Sections 323/452/34 IPC. In the justice and to enable the parties to maintain their neighboring relations, FIR No. 243/2015 under Sections 323/452/34 IPC registered at PS Jaffarpur Kalan and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.
The petitioners are, however, burdened with costs of `15,000/- to be deposited with Prime Minister National Relief Fund within two weeks. The Registry shall ensure the compliance of the order. 7.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
