% 16.11.2015 Pursuant to the previous order of this court, petitioner No.1 Ms.Saroj Sihag is present. Likewise petitioner no.3 Ms.Phool Patti is also present. Mr.Naresh Kaushik, counsel appearing for petitioner no.2 submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition in view of certain assurances held out by the respondent authorities, which statement is confirmed by the petitioner nos.1 and 3. Mr.Kaushik further submits that in the event the assurances are not fulfilled, the petitioners would pursue such remedies available in law.
