Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submits on instructions that the review application dated 30th January, 2017 (Annexure P-4) shall be disposed of by the respondent within a period of six weeks from today. The statement of learned counsel for the respondent is taken on record.

The writ petition and the pending application is disposed of in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent. The respondent shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter dispose of the review application dated 30th January, 2017 within a period of six weeks from today. The respondent shall withhold the demolition action till the decision on the review application. Copy of the decision taken by the

respondent shall be communicated to the petitioner. 3.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
