Respondent is present in Court along with the learned counsel. He has produced his original Aadhar Card which is seen and returned. Copy of the Aadhar Card is taken on record.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has no objection if the amount is released to the respondent.

Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs. 93,150/- to the respondent along with interest as directed by the Hon'ble Court in order dated 25.11.2024.
