% 04.02.2016 The disputes between the parties stand settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 19.01.2016 signed by the parties, the respective counsel and the learned Mediator is found on the record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. It is made clear that in case the terms of settlement are not adhered to by the defendants, the plaintiff shall be entitled to revive the present suit, as already agreed. Dasti to the parties.
