% 17.09.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR was registered on the complaint of mother of deceased, namely, Prema Devi. Statements of Prema Devi, uncle Shyam Singh and brother Bahadur Singh were also recorded during the investigation. They have already been examined as PW1, PW2 and PW3, respectively.
None of them have supported the prosecution case. They were even cross-examined by the APP for State. In their cross-examination they have denied that the deceased was harassed for dowry. Statements of PW1, PW2 and PW3 have already been recorded. Petitioner is in custody for approximately two years. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond
in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J SEPTEMBER 17, 2018 sr
