% 19.10.2015 Crl. M.A. No. 15617/2015 The present case has been received on transfer. The petitioner seeks three weeks time for complying with the order dated 5th August, 2015 passed by this Court in Crl. M.C. No.1535/2015 wherein FIR No. 279/2013 was quashed with the condition that the petitioner will pay Rs.30,000/- to respondent No. 2 and Rs.20,000/- was to be deposited in the account of Juvenile Justice Board. The aforesaid amount was directed to be paid within a period of three weeks from the said order.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner/applicant that Rs.30,000/- has already been paid to respondent No. 2. However, inadvertently, the demand draft in favour of Juvenile Justice Board is

stated to have been prepared in the name of Juvenile Court and therefore, the same has to be corrected.

It is for the aforesaid purpose that extension of three weeks time has been sought by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the time granted for making payment in the account of Juvenile Justice Board is extended for a further period of three weeks from today.

The application stands disposed off.

Let it be noted that the petitioner shall be filing an appropriate affidavit about the compliance of order dated 5th August, 2015 on or before the time granted for compliance of the order expires. A copy of this order be given dasti.
