Learned counsel for the petitioner, in compliance of the impugned order dated 9.10.2012, has handed over one demand draft, bearing No.504808, dated 24.1.2019, drawn on ICICI Bank for a sum of Rs.2,63,000/- and one cheque bearing No.369223, dated 25.1.2019, for a sum of Rs.8,000/- to the father of respondent No.1 through learned counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the said payment, nothing is now due on account of arrears against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent also admitted that with the said payment, nothing is now due on account of arrears against the petitioner. 2.

In view of the aforesaid facts, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not wish to pursue the petition and the petition be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, the

petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
