% 26.05.2018 In term of orders of Hon'ble Court dated 13.07.2017 and 20.04.2018, petitioner has filed his administration bond and surety bond of his sureties. Petitioner Mr. Nandan Chopra as well as his wife one of surety, namely, Mrs. Sangeeta Chopra are present.

Surety Mrs. Sangeeta Chopra furnished her account statement of mutual fund issued by UTI bearing folio no. 509278352206 which is currently valued at Rs. 18,13,913.96/- & 40,58,326.65/- respectively. Statements of the petitioner and his surety Mrs. Sangeeta Chopra recorded separately.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment as other surety of petitioner namely Mr. S.R. Vakati is not available. List this matter on 02.06.2018.
