% 05.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the respondents are not agreeable to quashing of the FIR despite having entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 24.07.2018 with them, the petitioners do not wish to press the present petition. He, however, prays that he may be granted liberty to approach the Court afresh in case, the parties again arrive at a settlement. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
