Learned Counsel for the Appellant seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Appeals.

of the withdrawal of the Appeals, the balance awarded amount inclusive of up-to-date interest be released in favour of the Respondents/Claimants. 3.1 The Respondents/Claimants are at liberty to take appropriate steps for such release.

In the event that there is a sum of Rs.25,000/- [statutory amount] deposited with the Registry in addition to the awarded amount, the Appellant shall be permitted to take steps to withdraw this amount. 5.
