ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks anticipatory, bail under n Section 438 Gr.P.C. in case FIR No.0343/2016 under n Sections 452/323/506/34 IPG registered at Police Station Mianwali Nagar. Status report is on record.

During the course , of arguments, ' learned counsel for the complainant informed that the complainant was interested tp n get n unconditional apology to which the petitioners have no objection. 3.

It is agreed that within a week, apology in writing shalL be given to the complainant through the Investigating Officer. Nature of injuries sustained by.the victim are'simple'. 4.

Gonsidering the facts and' circumstances of the case, the petitioners, are admitted to anticipatory "bail and in the event of . their . arrest,-they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ^40,000/-with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required.- 4.

Unconditional apology in writing -shall be given by the. -petitioners to the complainant within a week through Investigating ■Officer.
