provide information as sought for under the RTI Act. The present writ petitions have been filed primarily on the ground that the Petitioner/School is not amenable to the RTI Act.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that this issue is no longer res integra and the Petitioner/School will come under the provisions of the RTI Act. The statement is taken on record. 3.

The writ petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous, along with pending application(s), if any.
