O R D E R

% 27.01.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.197/12 under Sections 376 IPC registered at Police Station Patel Nagar. Status report is on record.

(2) By an order dated 05.07.2013, Interim protection was granted to the petitioner. Both petitioner and the complainant were present in the court that day. They submitted marriage certificate to show that they had married on 2.07.2013 at Arya Samaj Vivah Mandir Trust (Regd.), Jamuna Bazar, Delhi.

Today it is informed by the complainant's counsel that the matter between the parties has been BAIL APPLN. 1739/2012

settled and the complainant has no objection to the grant of bail to the petitioner.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
