% 24.07.2019 IA No.9866/2019 u/S 151 CPC moved by plaintiff for releasing the Original Will dated 07.10.2009 placed on record in the captioned petition It is stated that the Original Will dated 07.10.2009 is placed on record by the petitioner/applicant himself and the matter has been disposed of vide order dated 14.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the captioned IA stands allowed to the extent that the original Will dated 07.10.2009 be released to the petitioner/applicant/rightful person after due verification as per law and subject to placing on record the certified copy (of original document sought to be returned). Petitioner shall appear before the Assistant Registrar (Original) on 08.08.2019 at 3.00 p.m. for the same. IA is accordingly disposed of.
