It has been agreed between the parties that the amount of Rs.1 lakh deposited by the petitioner as a condition for grant of bail would be withdrawn by the petitioner/husband. 2.

The petitioner, who is present in person in Court today voluntarily submits that out of Rs.1 lakh, he is willing to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to be kept in a Fixed Deposit in the name of the minor daughter to be paid to her along with accrued interest thereon on her attaining majority.

Accordingly, it is directed that a sum of Rs.50,000/- be released to the petitioner by the Registry and the balance sum of Rs.50,000/- be deposited by the Registry in the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court in a Fixed Deposit in the name of the daughter (born on 17.09.2013). The Fixed Deposit should be on auto-renewal basis to mature on her attaining majority on 17.09.2031.

The Fixed Deposit Receipt be delivered to the mother - respondent.
