% 27.01.2017 Matter is listed today for order on transfer in view of decision taken in the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016 and approved by Hon'ble the chief Justice on 17.11.2016. Vide order dated 11.11.2016, Hon'ble Court directed that bailable warrant be issued JD No.1, 3 and 4. Learned counsel for DH submits that he has filed PF. There is no report regarding issuance of bailable warrant. However, learned counsel for JD No.1, 3 and 4 has appeared. He submits that the JDs got the information regarding pendency of this matter day before yesterday and on their instruction he has appeared today. Learned counsel further submits that he will be filing his Vakalatnama on behalf of JD No.1, 3 and 4. Learned counsel further submits that JD No.1, 3 and 4 have been making the payment regularly in instalments. Opposed by learned counsel for DH. JD No.1, 3 and 4 are directed to appear in person before the learned

Transferee Court on the next date. DH may also request the learned Transferee Court to issue fresh dasti notice to JD No.2, 5 and 6 as directed by Hon'ble Court vide order dated 11.11.2016. The EX.P. is transferred to the District Court as the amount involved is less Rs. 2 crores.
