Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will take the necessary steps for the purpose of appointment of arbitral tribunal in terms of the agreement within four weeks from today. Interim order granted by order dated 23rd April, 2015 is made absolute. Liberty is granted to the respondents to move application for vacation/modification of the order, if so required. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
