Joint Registrar (Judicial) vide her order dated 06.01.2016 had directed the parties to appear before the court of Ld. District Judge, Karkardooma Courts (Shahdara) as well as before Learned District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts (West) on 24.02.2016. Since the present is a partitioned suit of the value less than one crore and property suit to be partitioned is based at Naveen Shahdara, therefore, matter needs to be sent to learned District Judge , Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015.
